Eazeat is a combination of an eating sensor and an ambient light. It controls the changes in lighting by sensing the speed of chewing and swallowing.

This helps individuals with emotional eating or eating disorders to become aware of their changes during the eating process, thereby practicing mindful eating and improving their eating habits.
